"This property is well located and reasonably priced but very outdated. Front desk staff efficient but unfriendly. Carpet dated, furniture chipped, lamps don't match. Very noisy through the room door. Compressor for refrigerator so loud I had to unplug it. I slept ok with earplugs. Room was clean, though, and water pressure in shower was good. It was fine for a place just to sleep while in the area. Two life safety concerns - fire stair doors were propped open, and the stairs in those stairwells (particularly the nosings) were in disrepair."

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and the room had all we could hope for: comfortable, clean and well equipped. "Breakfast was ok but the room, which was an “upgrade” because the smaller room we booked wasn’t available, was subpar. Dirty walls, holes in curtains, dirty tub and shower curtain, filthy rug with many stains, worn and soiled furniture, dingy bed linens, dirty dishes in cabinets, and an all day and night pot smoker parked outside our door. Steer clear of this property."
