"My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. "Overall a very enjoyable stay, no complaints. If I had to get nitpicky the jet tubs they have are a little loud and its takes awhile to fill the tub. You could practically swim in the bed and the hosts were very lovely. This place is fantastic if you enjoy interacting with others over breakfast and conversing. I would highly recommend the place."

"From the perspective of 2 seniors, the Loft required far too many stairs, so they should have posted an "Accessibility Advisor". The view was great, however the electrical was highly outdated. A telltale sign is electrical outlet bars, and a lack of fans, particularly in the bathroom, so we had to run the A/C at a low temp (65 F) all nite. The location of the TV was a bit obtuse. "We loved our stay at Ellis House. The room was small but cozy with it's own en-suite bathroom. Everything was very clean. Vindyha, the owner, was super friendly and responsive. We loved the little patio at the front of the house and enjoyed our breakfast there. "Edita is a very attentive host and is very detail oriented. She contacted us the day we were to check in with the details needed to check in and a breakfast menu with lots of options available to choose from. Property is quiet, relaxing, clean, a short drive to Town of Niagara on the lake and we love staying here every time!!!!
