"I loved it all. The river view, pool, bar, restaurant, service, and how kind and sweet everyone were. I loved the location, the peace and tranquility it brought to my life. Which was much need for an Emergency Room RN. When I arrived I was greeted my a wonderful young man, he was kind and very pleasant. This world needs more people like.him in it. "As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort.
Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful. I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified. The staff worked out where to get glue, sent a courier, and within an hour it was repaired. Incredible! I have literally never seen anything like it.
