"Had a issue with our 1st room the door wouldn't lock but they quickly moved us to another room. The water pressure in the shower seemed kinda weak and my wife was awakened by by ants crawling in the bed they were on the floor as well"

"While my room was initially clean, housekeeping did not come for 2 days; needless to say garbage piled up. We had to leave early due to an untimely death in the family; because I made the reservation through Expedia, Marriott would not refund any money. I will have to rethink reserving a room at Marriott in the future."

"Arrived late and was told breakfast would be set up in the area off the lobby. In the morning nothing was set up. It was all behind a counter. I went to order coffee and nobody was at counter. After 10 min somebody came out appearing like they were preparing a to go order, and said he'd be with me in a few minutes. I left after another 10 min waiting."

"Communication barrier due to foreign workers. Was there 4 three days with my baby and was given hand towels for bath towels stating they were out. It was a great price for a twin room. Clean-no bugs. Bad water pressure. Front desk was hard to deal with. Overall good stay for the money. Need ENGLISH speaking employees!"

"Hotel is pet friendly and we were put in a room right next to a dog that we could hear barking down the hallway when we checked in at 11:30pm. We immediately went back down to the front desk and requested another room. Those without animals should not be on the same floor as someone with animals."

"This felt like a joke. I actually went back to the photos listed hoping I was remembering a different hotel because the beautiful, fresh looking hotel was NO WHERE to be seen. The renovations must have been done years ago. The pool area was overrun with red ants and had multiple pieces of broken chairs. For a positive, the staff were great! Friendly and welcoming.
