"Loved that 2 King beds were available. Guys at front doesn’t was very helpful and pleasant. Only thing that I had problems with was the tub. The sides were tall to step over for a handicap person. And no o didn’t ask for a handicap room. Only thing I would suggest for them to get mini fridge with the small freezer due traveling you need yo refresh ice packs and Stuff. As an example I needed mine froze to keep my insulin cold during my travel."

"Wasn’t the best service and rooms are very outdated. The only thing we loved were the servers at the bar attached to the hotel. $$ is not worth the room."

"Staff were super friendly! Room was in need of some love. Stains on carpet/lampshade and leaking shower diverter. Otherwise, appeared clean. Some outlets did not appear to work. AC worked sporadically. Window tracks were dirty. Bed was very comfortable and linens were crisp and clean. You will need to bring your own toilet paper, kleenex, shampoo, handsoap, cups, etc. as there is none available in the room or the lobby. There is no coffee maker in the room and the machines in the lobby...

"Property seemed pretty clean. However, the front desk attendant seemed super confused about our checking in. When we got our room key and went to our room someone was already occupying the room! It smelled of marijuana too. We were then put in a double queen room and the hair dryer was missing out of the bathroom- looked like someone cut the cord off of it! Loud people all through the night."

"The beds were not clean, the sheets were stain and dirty and reused. Had to redo our own bed. The towels were used towels refolded back on to the rack. Had to request new towels."

"Hotel was build together with a Hampton hotel. Many of the amenities such as pool, exercise room etc are actually next door requiring a long walk. When I checked in, was given room 205…it was suggested that I could carry my luggage up the stairs OR use the elevator…in that order…I understand once I found the elevator about 75 yards basically in the Hampton. We used the stairs after that including bouncing our suitcases"

"The hotel was ok. Fairly clean, meaning there were were places around the property that could use some TLC. The carpet in the stairwell had the same dried mud crumbled on it for each of the 4 days we were there, our bedside table was falling apart and the emergency cover in the elevator kept falling off and was just wedged into the opening. The room was good for the most part, had a very damp kind of oder to it, but was able to open the window and that helped immensely. Shower head was very...
