Fontainebleau Miami Beach
The elevator in this hotel doesn’t work. You have to wait 30 minutes to get into working elevator. At one point in my stay to avoid waiting I had to go up by stairs to the 22 nd floor. The key doesn’t work. The cleaning is terrible and no towels by the pool.

I thought the location was nice however the place was a bit run down. The cleanliness of the place was not very good. The coffee maker had rust on it and the toilet seat was dirty.
