"The room smells like cigarettes and bleach, so does the elevators, one of them smells like burnt rubber.. the room was very hard to find I spent 30 mins just trying to find my room"

"Overall it was great. Friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms. Overall the first was fine for a night. I stayed in another room a few more nights and the wifi was spotty, but it was likely the furthest room from the wireless antenna. Other than that, no complaints."

"The hotel room was big. It came with an eat in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and living room area. Parking and check in was easy. What I didn’t like was the area. It’s full of adult entertainment, not family friendly."

"Pool was very nice. Room was very spacious Hotel was in a nice area, easy to get to market, restaurants, or even ice cream. Overall I would recommend staying here. Bathroom needs an upgrade, all other nice hotels have moved over to crystal sliding shower doors. This one is stuck in the 80’s. When taking a shower, the moisture stayed in the bathroom. Need to have better ventilation."

"They call it partial beach view but it is not really anything. Room size are little smaller for a two bed room and for the price. Rooms with window on the side can have very limited view of ocean that too from balcony but with construction and adjacent high rises - there is no premium experience and reservation do not say it clearly (hotels.com should have more detail explanation). Staff is helpful. Restaurant menu is very limited and quality is ok for vegetarian people but restaurant staff was very courteous and attentive. Location is good and pool is good."

"Bathroom and closet doors painted closed. Need extra strength to push door open, sticks .Pills/dirt on floor. "

"The room when I first arrived was dirty but when I went to the front desk the staff were amazing and made my stay feel so much better. She switched my room and allowed me to look at it prior the switch. I just wish the hotel had a microwave. The pool was lovely and clean. The staff was amazing. Just hope that they had toothbrushes to purchase and a razor. Please think about have a microwave in the main lobby if management doesn’t want them in the room."

"The property had an outside waiting area which was comfortable. We had issues with air conditioner(not working ) and with flush. I found their picture deceiving as they are not onlioking the beachfront."
