The staff was neither friendly or helpful: we booked 2 rooms and when we got there they told us the reservation was only for 1 room. They asked how I had booked the rooms and when I said it was through Expedia, they told they couldn’t do anything about that because Expedia hadn’t saved the 2 rooms, only one. I had to take my 3 daughters to sleep at my sister in law’s house because I didn’t have a room for them the first night (all of this at midnight) As it turns out the person in the front desk didn’t look at the reservation number, only my last name, the next day Expedia called the hotel a the mistake was the hotel’s. Expedia had done a great job. They didn’t do housekeeping for 2 days in a row so the halls were full of garbage bags the guests had to leave outside their rooms and it smelled. We ran out of toilet paper and there wasn’t any extra ones. Our room was a king bed with a double sofa for my son, the mattress in the sofa was terribly old and looked dirty. They didn’t leave any linen for the sofa bed and I had to go downstairs to pick them up myself. The pillow they gave me in the linen bag smelled horribly. The tissue paper box was empty. The fridge was dirty and I asked them to clean it, they didn’t. The carpet was torn. The towels were really small. The carpet in the halls looked dirty and had lots of stains.
