"Once inside the hotel it was a cool oasis compared with the madness in New York City with the Nicks playing NBA Finals on two nights whilst we were there. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good. Surrounding streets were littered with trash often and some of the street residents with issues were located nearby but were not causing obvious problems. "Do not let the photos fool you the pool area is a big let down. Also rooms are not well maintained shower makes a loud noise throughout the night and sink constantly dripped water. The bright light was the staff who were all very kind the whole trip."

"Location! Modern and clean rooms, but very small. Quick elevators a plus. No complimentary breakfast and outside area were closed due to construction. Overall a pleasant experience."
