The man accused me of lying and threatened to call the police. I asked him to please call them (I wasn’t hiding anything) and so he did not call the police. We went back and forth of me just telling him I didn’t smoke in the room and the landlord saying I’m a liar and that I have my whole life in front of me to stop being a liar. ...

"Never met staff. Key was left in a lockbox which is fine. Old motel. I would say this is the perfect example of an 8.2 property that is not. Almost need a new ranking system. If you’re used to motel 6 I guess this is comparable but not better than a 7.2 Radisson or similar.
Carpet was disgusting and very old. Everything else was lipstick on a pig. I hate to bad mouth independent properties but we will not be back."
