"The parking was only in the front of the place, the outside of the building is in very poor condition, we checked in because we were shown great photos of the inside but once inside it was not clean, the floors were dirty, sheets had holes and blood stains, then we had a man knocking asking for his belongings out of our room. The people next to us were outside smoking different things that continued to come into our ac and room. People live there all the time and are on drugs. No pool no snack...

"The location is noisy, the room was clean. There was lots of foot traffic outside at night. Someone knocking on my door . Had to call staff to assist. Staff was very appropriate. Rate was great! "

"This property appears to be in transition with new management/ownership. The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean but somewhat outdated. The location is good, and with canal views, it offers nice potential in my opinion. I look forward to visiting in the future."

"This property is nothing like the photos. There is no lobby. You have to push a button to summon the employee to check you in outside. The hotel is totally sketchy. The walls are painted concrete. Locks barely work. Said there is a continental breakfast. There is coffee and watered down OJ. Do not stay there!"

"Fabulous desk reception. The entire place is under reconstruction. We had a great room but had to listen to the construction noise the whole time. Service at breakfast was super also. "
