"I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but after spending the last week and a half at this hotel for business, I feel obligated to share my experience. The parking situation at this property is completely unacceptable. The hotel has allowed utility trucks and vehicles with trailers to monopolize the regular guest parking areas, leaving paying customers with nowhere to park. "Spent 5 days. 2 of the days, there was no hot water. We had a total of 9 rooms occupied by family. One of the days we had no hot water was the morning we were all getting ready to attend a funeral. Had to get ready in cold water. There were 2 large towels, 2 hand towels & 2 wash cloths. Asked for extra towels. Staff said we cannot give extras. Asked for extra blanket, We were given a thin bed covering. The one that goes on top for decoration. They said it was all they had. We had a king room...

"I had two rooms one for a family member double bed it was horrible they check out. Mine was ok a one br but there wasn't any sugar for the coffee in the room and it's a LIE about free breakfast the lobby was lock and Noone around for assistance when three times 9:30a.m door still lock"
