"I would like to hand this hotel an 'S' grade on my GPA scale. Since it was my first time in Cebu, I was unfamiliar with the local customs, but the hospitality of the staff made me feel very welcome. I truly appreciated the kind support from the front desk, the security guard, the MesoCafe staff, and the laundry staff. Their professional and friendly service made my stay wonderful."
