"Fitness center pathetic, restaurant overpriced small portions, room set up very cramped and hard to maneuver around, in room fridge door did not shut properly, ice machine, unplugged with out of order sign that looked like it had been there for quite sometime! Only parking option is $40/day valet, not told this when booking!
Overall this hotel experience is what I'd expect from a $75/night Red Roof Inn not an over $200/night (including valet and taxes) hotel. Stayed at the Graduate at Ole Miss...

"This place is TERRIBLE!
We arrived at 7 PM and our room still wasn’t ready. The front desk told us they were having issues with housekeeping and that the bed wasn’t made, but it would be “10 minutes.” Twenty minutes later, the room was finally done — and it was still NOT clean.
There was no shampoo, the room was dirty, and they do not clean your room during your stay. If you want fresh towels, you have to bring your dirty ones to the front desk, and they only give you one set of towels for...

"The breakfast was different.... no hot stuff, just hardboiled eggs, bagels muffins cereal oatmeal, a yogurt machine that didnt work, fruit, juices, milk. Eh. Ac was AMAZING....IMPORTANT to me bc i Am ALWAYS hot. It was an older property, and i would not call it luxurious by any stretch but it was clean, friendly, decent area, and the price was right. We tried it bc wd have not stayed there before, but i eould probably pick somewhere else to try before going there again."

"The pool area was cold and the pool itself was not a comfortable temperature. Hotel is terribly understaffed. Staff is rude but after talking to the manager, they’re just a reflection of him. having rooms available to check into just an hour early.
