"Great location near the convention center and old downtown Toronto. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and felt safe to walk around, even at night. The building itself is a little old, but the staff was very friendly and the premises were clean"

"We had a later start the first morning but were out of our room by noon. Housecleaning did not come in, they made no beds or took away any of the dirty towels . We did not even have enough towels to shower the next day. Our room was 4208 and for the price paid we were disappointed"
