"We had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was well stocked. We also used the laundry room, which was clean and convenient. It has two washers and two dryers, and it worked well for our needs. The only downside was the room key cards. It often took several tries to unlock both the guest room door and the laundry room door. We noticed other guests experiencing the same issue....

"False advertising!!! No iron or ironing board. Room look cheap, the staff was rude and not helpful at all!! Very disappointed, I had 3 nights booked I was so disappointed I left and went to another hotel and didn’t care about getting my money back.
