"Overall the property was great!! We were booked in room 406 we had to call down to figure out blinds. The pillows were awful!!! The pillows made for an awful night of sleep we even tried folding them over and it didn’t help. Get some new pillows. Only other thing was outside bin was overflowing with trash. The women working the desk at check in and out were great!!! The breakfast was great as well and the dayshift lady was working both the front desk and breakfast and she was rocking it, coffee...

"The hotel is perfectly located with fantastic dining and shopping nearby. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the amenities were impressive! Our room was lovely—my family relaxed comfortably in the cozy beds while watching TV, and I was able to get some work done at the desk. We’ve signed up for the rewards program and can’t wait for our next stay. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!"

"This downtown hotel was very impressive. Easy unloading of vehicle on a busy street with a semi covered walking path to the parking garage. The check in attendant was very professional and articulated instructions about the facility layout in an easy to understand manner "
