"It was clean and convenient to the parking garage. Had a good breakfast offering. The hair dryer in the room did not work. The button to call the front desk on the phone did not work. The snake detector had a super bright light that flashed about every 6 seconds . It was like having a mini strobe light going off. It was very difficult to sleep as the light was so bright you could see it even with your eyes closed."

"It was an ok hotel. I wish I could have searched more hotels in the area. For the price we paid which was the most expensive room we stayed during our 6 nights stay, the room was ok; carpet was dirty and the bathroom was old and small."

"Not a great experience. Staff were very helpful. The room hallways smelled like marijuana and also a heavy funk lingering in the air. Disgusting and disturbing exposure for a family."

"Overall outstanding!"

"This is a brand new hotel, so there was no reason for any problems. It is very nice, and the staff is great. Breakfast is nice too."

"This hotel is an oasis. The external neighborhood is your basic off-the-freeway strip mall area, which means it is a convenient location for places you might want to go. But once you are inside, you enter a peaceful, almost resort-style environment. The staff was very attentive to our requests - which included putting a 2nd chair in the room. Note that you should request a refrigerator if you need one. There are no microwaves in the room, but there is one available for use in the common...

"The room was great. Staff very helpful and courteous even checking in at 1:15AM. I had breakfast and it was good for my needs. Overall I was very happy."

"They lied and said the Hot tub was open, it was closed for 30 days, the pool had a layer of slime from oils of people’s skin, you could not go in it!!! The microwave way filthy inside with a layer of grease, the hair dryer had a slimy goup on the handle and the back was plugged with dust, we had to exchange it. We were very disappointed, the promo on the recording for a stay was so good, we really thought we were going to have a terrific time but we did not."

"While the hotel is under construction, the parking lot is a bit treacherous. I’m certain once thats done it will be great"

"On our drive from Ontario to Arizona we always stop at this hotel. It’s our 1st stop heading out & our last stop heading home in April. We have always been happy with this hotel. The cleanliness & breakfast have all stayed at the standard we expect. The staff have all been welcoming & helpful."

"Friendly staff. Nice amenities."

"Front desk staff was very unprofessional. They talked amongst themselves while we waited. Housekeeping person looked at her list of cleanings for the day and used profanity and threw a fit. Never going back. Who needs that?"

"Staff was rude . Not helpful . Will not be returning"
