"Excellent place to stay! Steps away from the iconic Stockyards, shops and the famous, Billy Bob’s. Very friendly staff, super clean, outstanding continental breakfast and very quiet at night. This hotel will be my “go to” when I visit Fort Worth. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed."

There was no offer to 'make things right' with a discounted stay, a future discount, etc. The person working at the front desk made it seem like I was an inconvenience by bringing this issue up. That person then fielded two calls from other frustrated...
