Listen, if you're looking for a cheap place to sleep and won't be spending much time at the hotel or in your room, this place is great. But if you're looking for a quality spot, I'd say keep looking.
Cons: When we first walked in to the lobby, the entire building was hot. Humid hot. After I checked in, and we got to our room, the room immediately had a mildewy smell, and then we noticed the mini fridge was totally dead. After I called down to the front desk to let them know, we found 1 dead cockroach on the floor and a live one coming out from under the bed. The guy from the front desk came up to look at the fridge and I told him about the bugs and asked if we could switch rooms. I will say, the only reason I didnt leave 1 star was because the staff was very courteous and addressed our concerns quickly. I asked if we could just switch rooms and he did it for us right away. HOWEVER, the new room also had issues. The desk chair had arm pads that were completely ripped and you could see the foam sticking out, obviously very used and the seat itself looked very worn down. There were 3 drawer doors that would not stay closed, and there were chips and scratches on the door, as if someone tried using a knife to unlock the door. The indoor pool was also not well kept, and there were no communal towels to use.
Pros: The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable, and as I mentioned the staff was courteous and attentive. Free Breakfast was good with nice options.
