É a segunda vez que me hospedo, mais uma vez, acho a experiência maravilhosa. A localização é um dos pontos altos, por ser muito perto da praia e um local super tranquilo. O café da manhã continua sendo espetacular, com muita variedade e qualidade. A equipe também é muito atenciosa. O único problema que enfrentei, infelizmente, foi o mesmo nas duas estadias: a TV não estava funcionando corretamente. É um detalhe pequeno, mas que faz falta em alguns momentos. No geral, a experiência é excelente e eu recomendo muito!

Ar condicionado precisa de limpeza

O ar condicionado estavam com as palhetas todas sujam (mofo) causando uma síndrome respiratória, muito ruim, o wi-fi não funciona bem a internet. Atendimento da recepção é muito bom estão de parabéns e a limpeza do quarto em geral e boa, porém não ficaria mais, tive uma febre que perdi o dia inteiro em repouso. Complicado!!

Apart Hotel, mas envelhecido

Os quartos são grandes, tendo algo entre 40 e 50m². Seguem conceito de apartamento, tendo varanda, cozinha, sala, quartos. A cozinha tem fogão, geladeira e tanque de lavar roupas. O porém é que não tem micro-ondas, tampouco pratos, talheres, bucha, detergente, panos, etc. Sequer fósforo tinha, de modo que o fogão ficou completamente inutilizável. A cama, de bom tamanho, não possuía lençol próprio, de modo que colocaram dois lençóis arranjados para fazer o embalo do colchão. Os quartos têm armários espaçosos, porém uma porta estava literalmente caindo. Ares condicionados funcionando perfeitamente, assim como o televisor. A sala tinha um sofá confortável que se expandia. O apartamento estava sem interfone, e assim ficou durante toda nossa estadia. Café da manhã é muito bom, tendo variedade de pães, salgados, doces. O local do café sa manhã é a Cobertura, propiciando uma vista maravilhosa do mar. O porém é que não repõem: faltando mais de 1h para o fim, já faltava leite. Questionados, afirmaram que não reporiam para não sobrar ao final. A internet é bem fraca. Fiz home office, mas não pude abrir a câmera pois a internet não dava conta: oscilava entre 5 e 15 Megas. A localização é excelente, ficando a 1 quadra da orla, a qual está sempre movimentada e é muito bem estruturada.

Apartamento atende as necessidades básicas para quem está de passagem. Apartamento precisa de uma reforma e atualização de móveis. Não consegui ligar a tv. Piso está se soltando no corredor do banheiro. Cozinha espaçosa sem itens de limpeza e utensílios domésticos. Cama confortável e ar bom. Banheiro bom. Apartamento grande comporta tranquilamente 4 pessoas, pois possui 2 quartos. Café da manhã excelente.

Apartamento com ar condicionado muito sujo e cheio de poeira, visivelmente sem manutenção a muito tempo nem filtro tinha. Com isso acabei adoecendo e fui parar no hospital com greve alergia respiratória. Colchão da cama velho e empoeirado. Juntaram duas camas de solteiro para forma uma cama de casal. O café da manhã foi a única coisa boa do hotel.

Valeu o que paguei

Localização e relação custo/beneficio excelentes. Fomos a pé a noite com segurança até a praia, limpa, organizada e cheia de gente praticando esportes desde 4 horas da manhã. Café da manhã: bom, variado e com o essencial: frutas (mamão, melão, laranja e melancia) e salada de frutas. Muitas variações de massas (desde pão sem nada a pão com tudo, tipo esses recheios de sanduíche ou patês). Um tipo de ovo (mexido) e presunto, ou seja, o básico mas que atende bem. Sem falar na gentileza do pessoal que atende. Todos muito legais. Ponto de melhoria: a máquina de café 3 corações faz um café ruim, parece queimado. O quarto: mobiliário antigo, porta de correr de madeira com dificuldade pra fechar, mas a cama permite um bom sono. O preço mais baixo que a média talvez se deva a isso. A limpeza de piso, banheiro e balcão razoável, mas muitos insetos durante a noite com baratinhas e pequenas aranhas. Uma dedetização simples resolve isso. Não consegui assistir TV nenhum dia, mas também não pedi ajuda a recepção. Banho: chuveiro com água quente, limpo e básico. O apartamento: como trata-se de um flat e não um hotel convencional , ele é de bom tamanho, com sala, varanda (o meu foi ap 2002 com vista pro mar) e cozinha (com geladeira, pia grande, microondas), mas sem itens de limpeza (Importante: como o ar condicionado é só no quarto e não circula pelo apartamento todo, então é bem quente, merecia um split pro ap todo). Estacionamento coberto, vagas apertadas mas atendeu bem.

O hotel é muito bom é perto de tudo, só não presta por na esquina tem um bar e os frequentadores ficam gritando até quase amanhecer o dia não deixando a gente dormir. O café da manhã serve muito bem e é muito gostoso, o quarto é bem espaçoso, só não gostei das janelas quebradas impedindo que as fechassem para ver se diminuía o barulho do bar da esquina.
