Staff were amazing . Arrived late at night , alone with my young daughter . They helped me check in and even managed to make a hot chocolate which wasn’t on the menu (using ice cream sauce and hot milk) . They made the hotel friendly and relaxing . We will be back .

Not the greatest place I have stayed in, had a room that faced onto the main road and barely had any sleep both nights.... rooms are very dated and in need of an urgent upgrade.
