I had a great time my two weeks. This property is under development and is still in the first phase, so be prepared to drive through some work areas. Otherwise, quiet and beautiful property.

Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the property I booked through your platform. The listing for Rio Blanco Hot Springs was completely misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property. This is not a hotel or resort as advertised—it is an active construction site. There are no amenities, no proper reception, and only 2-3 partially completed rooms that are barely habitable. The site lacks even basic infrastructure like proper roads or dining facilities. It is unacceptable that this property is being marketed and rented to guests in such a state. The current condition of the property is not only misleading but also raises serious concerns about safety and comfort. I urge you to address this matter immediately by removing the listing and issuing a full refund for my stay. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. I look forward to your response.

En general el lugar está muy bien y es muy pacífico lo cual es lo que más me agradó. El único tema negativo es que las áreas del hotel no están terminadas, y pueden ser inseguras. Si volvería, pero no por más de una noche.

Petites notes négatives: peu de pression d’eau dans la douche et eau trop froide; pas d’endroit pour s’asseoir sauf les chaises en bois (pas de sofa ou divan). Les hôtes sont super gentils, attentionnés, la vue est à couper le souffle.
