"I was in room 508c which was the 5th floor. My room had a balcony and was on the side of the building and had a great side view of the ocean. The building smelled wonderful. Carpets in hallway were nice and clean, and so were the walls and mirrors and trim. My room had a kitchenette which was very nice. The bed was comfy! I couldnt figure out the T.v. Unfortunately we found 2 different palmetto bugs on separate occasions, but these are common in Florida. There was outdoor construction going...

"They overcharged me $447.00 refused to reverse the charge and stated a manager wasn't available to help me. I stayed 2 nights and was charged for 3. The bed were very old, saggy, uncomfortable, I found a bug, blood and hair in the bedding."

Access to beach was easy Bed was comfortable, although it had the wrong size sheet for this bed. Staff was friendly. Very easy to change out used towels. Room was clean. Water pressure was great. "I have been coming to the property for several years now but it was different this year. They told me they were under new management and can no longer park 2nd vehicle even if space was available. Coffee machine in lobby, only real extra amenity, Broken. Stove top in room did not work. No longer full size fridge in the room. They had no towels for the rooms. Went to laundry multiple times and every time, no towels. It is on the beach and descent location but new management is worse than the old...

Guess that’s why when the food was delivered the person looked shocked when I tipped them. The food was great but would like to know the total charge before I purchase."

"Stayed 8 nights with my two children. The view was lovely and so were the staff. Front desk, housekeeping, and the bar staff were very friendly. (Shoutout to Meghan!) Breakfast was always hot and plentiful. Easy access to the beach. Will come again!"

"Our room was impeccable and very spacious. They upgraded us to an ocean view room which was so nice! The poolside service and food were great. The only complaint is that the shower near the pool was not working so there was no way to wash off the sand from our feet before we got into the pool."

"The pull out bed was broken all week even though we told the staff 4 times but they said they put a work order in so maybe it will be fixed B4 u go there lol. The bed had trash behind it and the pull out mattress from the broken pull out sofa bed was absolutely disgusting.
