"The hotel would not honor our reservation for 2 nights made and paid for months ago. They kicked us out stating they did not have a room for our second night. They were not apologetic or sympathetic to our situation. I’ll never stay there again and a letter is forthcoming outlining our horrible experience."

"The floor in the room was not clean. The bed seemed fresh. The chair to the desk was not sittable, There was NO toilet paper. There was no lights on the stairs the first night, when I mentioned to a staff member, they said "Oh they must be turned off". They were on when I came back and lite the following evenings. I have stayed in this hotel before, but I feel like it has gone done hill. It needs some upgrading. For the money, it is adequate."
