"Fridge didn't work"

"The front desk gentleman at check-in was very kind and professional. He thoughtfully provided bedding for the pullout bed. The family suite was perfect for a family of 5 and already cool upon entry. AC worked great. Hallelujah, there were liners in the trash cans! There was a mounted shampoo, conditioner, shower gel rack in the shower. Beds were comfortable, and we loved the pillows. "When I went to the room, the key couldn’t open the door. When the staff came she couldn’t open the door. So she moved us to another room. When we got there the door did opened but the room wasn’t clean. So the staff told another guest to move out of his room for us. That was the last straw we asked for a refund."

"This was an older Sleep Inn (we had stayed in a newer one the night before in a different city, so this may cloud our review). The rooms needed updating and attention. The shower was meh. It needed a new shower head and the walls showed some water damage that needed a cleaner repair. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice and cool, it was Oklahoma in July."

"Poorly maintained"

"Clean room, clean towels, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Right off the interstate 40. Recommend if you're looking for a safe, well lit parking lot. The elevator is currently out of order, which was not an issue for us. Ice machine available. Hot breakfast available. Shower has really good water pressure! AC in the room, worked just fine."

"It is a little run down and the road construction is a bit of a hassle. Plan extra time leaving. The water slide is seasonal and was not open nor was the pool. It is in a separate building. The parking was ample and it is easy to park near your room. Staff very nice and kind. Seems a little overpriced for what you get given the rooms are kind of old and worn. The bed was springy and uneven and there was a hole in the sheet."

"Great location right off I-40 for Elk City. Lobby is big but not well cooled. Room AC was excellent and fan speed increased slowly each time it started up, so while the unit was noisy at full tilt, it didn't wake from or affect sleep. Did not try TV as was there only to shower/sleep, but was unable to use laptop for long because there were no accessible outlets except in bathroom. Other outlets were behind bed or heavy furniture. "It was really filthy. The floors are caved in and the carpet are disgusting."

"We booked a room. We were traveling and when we got there, no one was at the front desk. They left a number to call but they didn't answer. I contacted expedia and they tried to contact the hotel. Nobody answered"

"We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor....
