"I did not use any of the apartments facilities. At Check-in they stated that staff available 24/7. The apartment was basic. So please dont have any expectation and take facilities with a pinch of salt. You have to pay for laundry. Toiletries were for 1 or 2 uses only. The apartment It was next to the ocean not for swimming. However balcony was not usable due to the smell from Sargusum sea weed. When the smell subsided it was pleasurable to hear the roar of the sea. I stayed for 10 nights...

"We upgraded to deluxe, beautiful room, clean, quiet. Staff pleasant and professional, very friendly. Truly enjoyed chatting with the lady at the gift shop and most of the restaurant staff, security officers always willing to chat, love this place, love the people, can't wait to come back. Only thing that I would like to see is maybe one or two trash bins in the parking lot, other than that 10+"

"We had a perfect stay at the Dover Beach Hotel, just what we needed a nice place to relax. All the local bars and restaurants were just 10 minutes walk away but the hotel amenities were good if we wanted to stay in. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The resort doesn’t have many amenities to spend a day there comfortably and everything is quite expensive on the property. If you’re looking for a quiet vacation with not much going on then this is the place for you."

"The staff is very professional and kind. They were kind above what they needed to be. As a solo traveler, I felt secure and at ease. The on site restaurant staff were great as well. The bed was comfortable and the overall room was perfect for me. I also enjoyed my garden patio. I was impressed with the size of the patio, it was not tiny with room to move about and have a couple guests comfortably. I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends. I loved my experience."
