"Old, dirty, roaches!! Smells like old food and smoke inside! Everything so old look as if they bought it as is years ago and didn’t fix or replace a damn thing.. it needs to be tore down and redone! "

"The rooms heater was not working it was 27 degrees last night outside , the room was very cold . Try to contact front desk but no one ever answered. Room was very dirty , sheets were stained and there was a white powder substance on the table . Room also had a very bad smell . "

"The pool was too cold. Even though it was inside, the washer temperature was quite unbearable considering it's winter. The hall way was too cold. The 2nd tv did not work. The pull-out sofa is only springs at this point and needs to be replaced immediately. "

"This has been the hotel of choice for 3 years in a row. However, on the most recent visit, the hotel seems to have took a turn for the worse. I will start with the lobby- the “leather” on the chairs was peeling & the sofas need a good shampooing. The TV’s in the sitting area were not working (sound, but no picture). "Staff were very polite - but at check-in would have appreciated being told about amenities, eg breakfast, bar times , food, pool … instead nothing .. just given key to room and asked for card - i had to ask everything and was given very vague information. I’m sure its not normal protocol as most are probably return customer - but it would be nice to be offered information instead of having to ask everything … "
