"Overpriced for a legacy, run-down property. Exterior of buildings were delapidated. Interiors had newish furniture, but popcorn ceilings, black mold in showers, uneven floors, etc. Needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Didn’t feel like a Marriott property at all, but carried the same price tag. Also, they do not manage parking at all. They technically have parking on property, but don’t require a hang tag or vehicle/plate registration. We only had one vehicle for our suite and couldn’t even park...

"This hotel is aging, so go in with those expectations. For example, the keycard wouldn't open the outside door on the west side of the hotel, and you had to walk to the front. Since they gouged me on the rate for staying on CU-Boulder move-in weekend, certainly not worth the $400+ a night. I was also one of the lucky ones with no damage to my car, but many of the cars in the parking lot were vandalized and broken into, and I was told they have no security cameras. "

"Very clean property set back in a nice quiet area. Great communication and friendly staff. The only downsides were losing power the first morning, and not having a place to hang hanging clothes. Used a hand towel bar."

"The room was cozy and clean; the happy hour is such a nice touch to start the evening! The room was quiet all night and very relaxing. To wake up and have such a beautiful, individually made omlette for me was a treat. I love this hotel!"

"It’s historic, cute, rustic feel. Great breakfast included. Easy check in/ check out. There is no fitness facilities which it had described on website and hot tub is not for all guests. Great location! Bedding is definitely not luxurious if you are someone who needs hight quality pillows etc for sleeping."

"The staff was helpful and property was well kept. The room overall was clean but walls and carpet in need of cleaning/update. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and clean. The coffee though, excellent cup! Would stay again."
