"We checked in at 4. We only stayed one night. In the AM, my husband went for breakfast. I was lying in bed around 9:15 am and hear banging on the door. I assume it is him and go to answer and the door opens. It was housekeeping. Oh you’re still here? So she leaves. I climb back in bed to more knocking on the door. My husbands room key didn’t work anymore. I told the front desk it was wrong for them to have housekeeping so early (check out is 11), and that neither key works. She said “sorry, you are still checked in.” I replied with “well we are leaving now”. She just said “ok yeah sorry-not sure what happened there. Bye!” Ugh"
