"Simply the most beautiful place, tucked away in the hills overlooking Rethymno. Ecofriendly and exquisitely refashioned from an old village. In-house restaurant was likewise awesome with a great selection of Cretan wines. "

Μείναμε απο λάστιχο, κολλήσαμε σε ένα φαράγγι και γενικά πάθαμε το πάνδεινα την ημέρα του τσεκ ιν με αποτέλεσμα να καθυστερήσουμε τρεις ώρες από την συμφωνημένη ώρα. "The Avli Lounge apartments are beautiful! We stayed in the Candy Suite for about four days. As mentioned in several reviews, location is excellent, and we were able to walk everywhere. Both Stelios' and Nickos were always available and helpful for everything.
Do note that there is no elevator as the hotel is in Old Town and they preserve the structures. That also means you have cobblestone streets which still require effort for even the smoothest luggage. The suite we were in was on the 3rd...
