"Would have been given 5 stars if the breakfast was any good. Overall the hotel was very good and the housekeeping was immaculate."

"So bad! Front door handle was loose, bathroom sink was wobbly and not secure to wall, water in that sink had no water pressure and the worse was that the room flooded in the middle of the night. Had to pull out towels to soak up the huge puddle. Request a refund so now I have to see if I will get refund since I needed to find a more appropriate place to stay"

"This place is perfect for the intrepid, seasoned traveler who is flexible and has a tolerance for change or very small curveballs. This is to say, it was bare bones, safe, clean, roomy, and very manageable. It was as advertised. Common kitchen and bathrooms. BRING A TOWEL!! I was in town, traveling solo, to see some concerts, so it was just what I was looking for. It is in the heart of Little India and the food choices were over-the-top wonderful with many vendors open until 3am."

"Clean and comfortable room with helpful, friendly staff. Free parking too which is a great plus in the area it is in. Doing some renovations which look like a nice refresh but they did not impact our stay."

"I am very upset with the service I received during my stay. I extended my stay and made every effort to ensure my room would be cleaned. I called the front desk and even went down in person to confirm. As I was leaving, a housekeeper came to my room, and I gave her a tip while politely asking her to please clean my room. She accepted the tip, but when I returned later, my room had not been cleaned. I went back to the front desk, and I was told it would be done by 7:00 p.m. It still wasn’t...

"The parking lot was overflow for the airport so it was near impossible to park. There were people smoking drinking and partying in the parking lot. It smelt terrible, rooms and hotel were very dirty. Very loud and could not sleep."

"From arrival to check out the W staff were helpful welcoming and friendly. The room was beautiful with a great view. We enjoyed all the W had to offer. The location was close to restaurants and shopping and was located along the Hudson River. A great place to go for a walk and enjoy the views of NYC. This was a return visit and we will be back."
