"Great! Very comfortable!"

"Oven was broken so hot breakfast items limited, making it difficult for us as we eat a high protein diet. No microwave for instant oatmeal. Breakfast area very cramped with little space to sit. Treadmill was broken. Fitness room difficult to access and you have to enter pool area to access it which makes it difficult to enter even though it’s supposed to be available 24/7. Our bathroom toilet was unflushed upon entry into room."

"the hallways smelled like they had a sewer problem. the room was fine. i didn't like the booking on line aspect. It made me feel like my booking might not work because they pushed me to get the $4.50 insurance but that company charged me $9.00 and it was just me and there was no option to select just one person...appeared like a scam trick. i was also not able to speak with hotel morgan directly about making a reservation."

Was a little disappointed when we asked ahead of time for a room closer to the stair well or on the first floor for ease of taking my dog out but we ended up with a room in the middle of the 2nd floor. After the first night the A/C unit made crackling/popping noises the first night and somehow leaked water below it so the floor was soaked and got my girlfriend’s suitcase soaked. "Very expensive for a cheaply constructed hotel. Thin walls, manufactured building feel throughout (floors were echoey and did not feel well constructed, we could hear the TV from everyone’s rooms just walking down the halls) and was over $140 per night on Expedia. Went down for the free breakfast and there was hardly anything left. No soap shelves in the shower (they had been pulled off or fell off and there were markings on the shower wall from where they had been). Had to put our soap and...

"The room was very large with sparse furniture and needed lamps for extra lighting. It felt unfinished but clean. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable."

"The rooms were very tidy and clean when we arrived so that was a plus. I would say my two real gripes would be that the staff were all very clueless of anything on the property. The two young ladies at the front desk, while very friendly, could not tell you where the pickleball courts were or even how to get to the beach. "This hotel is so old and run down. It is in need of a massive renovation to make it live up to the description “resort.” The elevator is ancient and reminds me of The Shining. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had very bad water pressure. The carpet in the rooms and hallways is threadbare in spots, dirty, and needs replaced badly. We won’t be back."

"Clean room, clean bathroom, good nights sleep. Parking was free & right next door. My only complaint would be the temperature of our room was a bit warm and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to change it much. Otherwise, decent stay."
