"Great hotel and a great location. The property was super clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, modern, and very well maintained. My only suggestion would be to improve the complimentary breakfast. It was okay, but not quite at the same level as the rest of the hotel experience."

"Aside from the relatively complicated self checkin process, the apartment was excellent. It was clean and spacious, and the location was not far from uptown. We appreciated the covered parking, the washer and dryer, and the proximity to parks and shopping. The only improvement we could suggest would be to supply some creamer for the coffee that was supplied. We would gladly stay here again."

"If you’re looking for a boring, traditional hotel, this isn’t it. The Moxy has such a fun, vibrant energy right from the start—you literally check in at the bar and get a complimentary drink! The service was excellent, and the whole lobby area is packed with fun games and great vibes. The location is incredibly central and walkable to everything Uptown. The rooms are clean, minimalist, and trendy. Definitely my new go-to spot in Charlotte!"

"Make sure the breakfast is included with the room before you purchase it. Because it was not included with my room. Then I was told I had a 20 dollar credit I could use by one worker, but then later that afternoon was told I did not. So just make sure you are getting charged for everything at once."

"If you're not familiar with the property and the maze of one-way streets in Charlotte it's a real bear to get into the place, especially after driving for 4 hours in the rain at night. The staff was very pleasant and the room was spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable although it was very difficult finding extra pillows. They advertise it they have a restaurant open 24/7 with the implication that there's room service but there is not. You can order from a limited item menu and then you...
