"Staff was courteous. The room was clean, but the heater didn’t work well and the room never felt warm even when set on 90 degrees. (The temperature in Tampa that night was about 32 degrees). Heard another customer had this issue as well. Breakfast was just fine. They also offered a shuttle to the cruise port for a small fee which was nice. "

"Beautiful room loved your television it was big. Huge variety of stations to watch. I spoke to Brittany at the front desk lovely girl. "The staff was helpful and expedited my room after an awful night at another hotel. The lady working in the breakfast room was on her job; she never let anything get too low. She was right there, filling up and cleaning up the area.

"While this hotel is not near downtown, it is a beautiful property with water and boardwalks, where I saw numerous colorful birds. Parking is in an open lot which made it easy. Food on site was quite good. There are businesses within walking such as Panera. And there is a Starbucks in the hotel. My stay was during a youth hockey tournament, so the floor was quite noisy every night but otherwise a pleasant stay. "

"When I arrived and there wasn’t a restaurant , I was upset and knew I would give a poor rating…..however…the staff was amazing, from the front desk how worked together so my room would be next to my sister’s room, all the to the great staff at their ‘bistro’. The room was great. Not much of a view our the back, but we had everything we needed. I actually would book it again."
