"This place is awesome! People hang out in the big lobby that’s set up with tables & chairs. The coffee is free all day & night. The free breakfast was great! They have several waffle irons & a pancake machine, grits, eggs, sausage , good biscuits and gravy, juices & of course good coffee. It was half the price of the hotel we stayed at on our first night & way more fun. I very highly recommend them."

"If you like the constant smell of weed, this is your place! I inquired and they just said they are not sure which room it is coming from, yet.. Rooms are smoke free 'today', not in the past.
Seems there is fair amount permanent State provided residents, Halfway housing and\or other.
Breakfast is so/so processed slop. No eggs, no meat, but not worthless.
The whole place is pretty run down.
I booked for the pool, but was not quite excited once I saw it.

"Room was ok. The mini fridge had a towel stuffed inside it. The pool conditions were very poor. It had green algae and the hot tub was brown and out of service. Kids were really disappointed."

"The property is nice but is undergoing renovation. The water pressure in the shower (and toilet) could stand to be stronger. The shower stall door was hard to close. The staff was helpful and friendly."

"This Best Western Plus hotel was in an excellent location. The lobby area was super clean and welcoming. The room we got was very spacious as well. I just wished the sink weren't outside and the bathroom/shower room was brighter. The biggest issue we had were the sink/shower/toilet drains were slow. Also, we went up during a holiday weekend and room service was lacking. If we didn't go on a busy weekend, it might be better. "Staff was very nice. Rooms needed attention as did hallways and elevator. We stayed at Comfort suites in Lakewood for a week at 12704 PACIFIC HIGHWAY. IT WAS EXCEPTIONAL !!!
LACEY location was not well kept up but okay for 1 night. Breakfast was nearly empty of food by 9:30 am In Lacey"

"The room needed a deep cleaning. Also, we were told our granddaughter could check in before us as her flight arrived earlier than ours, no problem. When we arrived she was not allowed in. Felt uncomfortable as no place to wait so she booked into a different hotel. NOT HAPPY WE WERE MISLED!"
