Lorena (spelling) is the BEST!!! We absolutely love her. She will not let you run out of anything. She always welcomes us with a nice clean room. Always a perfect stay at Jacks!! Secludish, and you won’t beat the view or the staff!

The hotel would not honor my Travelocity reservation and made me book another reservation in person and pay more money. Door to room wouldn’t work without a hassle.
