"Bed bugs"

"We stayed here because it was close to Gillette Stadium, where we went to see Zach Bryan in concert. Overall, we had a good experience. It’s not a five-star hotel, but it had everything we needed. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and professional, and the room was fine for our stay. If we’re back for another concert or a football game, we would stay here again."

"The employees were nice and made it an easy check in check out along with taking care of a few issues. When we arrived in our room there was a huge puddle of milk just sitting in the freezer which was taken care of immediately when asked. The bathroom wasn’t great mirror didn’t seem like it had been cleaned nor did the shower. The bottom of the white shower curtain was black. The room itself wasn’t terrible other than behind the bed looking like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a few years"

"Very disappointing experience. The staff was completely uncooperative. We checked in shortly after arriving in town, but we did not go up to the room at that time. We left to have dinner and returned about an hour later. When we entered the room, we found it extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The overall condition of the property was also unpleasant. There was trash on the ground in the walkways, and people were smoking right beside us around the hotel. We immediately went back to the front...

"O"

"We got two rooms. One room was dripping liquid from the walls, had black mold in the bathroom, and no towels available. The lobby and elevator had a rancid smell , as well as racist profanity etched into the elevator wall. People were actively using hard drugs in the hallway and blaring music that you could hear through the paper thin walls at all hours of the night. Try to contact front desk and nobody is present or answers the phone. A truly horrible experience."

"Very good place"
