A very special shout-out to Jonathan and Emerson at the bar, who made every evening so enjoyable and also Aline in reception. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile. Their excellent service, great recommendations, and warm personalities made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. They are a real credit to the Belmond team.
We also treated ourselves to massages at the spa, and they were absolutely incredible. It was one of the most relaxing and luxurious spa experiences we’ve had, and the perfect way to unwind after exploring the falls. We left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated.
