After driving nine hours, we reached the hotel for which we had a paid reservation. We were appalled to find out our room was on the second floor and the elevator was out of order. No one was available to assist us with getting our belongings down the end of a hallway and up a flight of stairs!

Breakfast was great. Was disappointed that we paid what we did and did not have a microwave in our room. Other than that, our stay was fine.
