"Everyone at this hotel was very friendly, from the moment we walked through the doors till the moment we checked out. Having the bistro next door was so convenient & the breakfast was amazing value. If we are ever back that way again we would not hesitate to stay again."

"This property is a gem.The place is meticulous with well maintained yard .The rooms quite modern and clean, would be nice to have toilet brushes in case of accidents. The food nicely cooked and delicious. Free parking just by the hotel yard. The staff were very helpful"

"Clean hotel with friendly staff and secure parking. It's where we always stay when we come to Melbourne"

"This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"Clean room with a small kitchenette and microwave and cutlery. Always handy if you don’t want to go out for dinner. Staff always friendly and welcoming. And love that you can park your car in front of your room. We stay here often and it’s always been good."

"Breakfast was great. Nice outdoor area Didn't like the piped music in room overnight"

"Ok for a night"

"Good budget place. Perfectly fine for what it claims to be and what it is."

"Large room. All usual amenities. Clean and well maintained. Had a ground floor room facing the rear car park. Very quiet and a lot quieter than a room facing the highway which I had last time I stayed here. Comfortable bed. Good wifi."
