"The room was old and smelly , there was no water pressure in the bathroom, I had to call the hotel 5 times and waited 2.5 hours at the airport to be picked up, when I call to ask where is the driver the agent was very rude the driver was nice however the airport bus was old and it had a foul smell."

"the fact that it was mentioned that the rooms are soundproof was not at all true. even after booking a 4 star hotel, my overallexperience was bad. I specifically booked a luxury hotel to give my family the best experience as it was their first time in chicago, but everyone of us could literally hear vulgar moaning sounds all the time which was really embarrassing for all of us. It went on for hours. I’d not recommend the hotel to anybody especially if they are going with family."

"I requested a steamer twice and never received it. Breakfast buffet was $30 without tip or alacart. WiFi was $14.99 a day.. I had to request fresh towels and robes multiple times a day. Very disappointing for $700+ for two nights stay..... the only positive were the friendly front desk staff who gave me free complimentary water (since the water in the room was not free) and when I had an issue with parking the front desk clerk validated it for me."

"The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the United Center and if you uber to downtown Chicago, it isnt horribly expensive. Although I did not except the room to be as little as it was and the bed to be as small as it was too. It also took 20 minutes for the water to warm up either in the sink or the shower. But once one of them got warmed up, the other one was already pretty warm too. The air conditioner works and there is a mini fridge and microwave.
