"Very old dated property. Towels need replacing, sheets and bedding were old and faded. The carpet was pulling up in one corner of the room. Breakfast was almost non existent and did not begin until 7 am. For the price that was paid for a room I expected much better. Will not book here again"

"The Emilyville Inn is a nice, old and cozy inn with modern features. The room was comfortable and had good air conditioning. The bathroom had modern updates and everything worked perfectly. "The room was very nice with a comfortable bed, fluffy towels and a decent size of fridge with a small freezer. The lawn down to the Trent River was large and included 2 covered picnic table areas with a propane BBQ available and a very nice pergola for watching the river and/or the sunset. The pool was quite old, but very clean and a pleasant place to swim and lounge. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. "The room was clean but there was a very damp and musty smell. We had to open the windows and turn the heat to try to counteract it. The view was very beautiful of the river and lots of fish jumping."

"We loved how kind and happy the staff were. The water slide (the whole reason why we booked the hotel was closed, that is not mentioned online. Both pools did not have running skimmers for filtration to remove bugs and dirt, very concerning. Some of the windows were so covered in spiderwebs, bugs and debris that you couldn't properly see out of them. We unfortunately would not stay here again."
