"We liked the clearn room and location. We would like to suggest a few things to make stays more accommodating. There should be more than one hook in the bathroom to hang towels. The barn door is unnecessary in a large room. A regular door would allow for more hooks. The shower head in the bathroom didnt work very well and there was no hand held wand. It should be replaced with a shower head combo. There was also no bathroom fan. The breakfast had very little vegan options which was...

"An older property, but the rooms were very clean AND despite the hotel being full, it was very quiet. The rooms are well sound insulated. Would definitely recommend if travelling with pets."

"i arrived an hour before the 3:00pm check-in and they said if i wanted to check in early there is a charge, which i paid as we had a function to attend at 4:00pm. It is called an upsell on their statement. When i arrived there wasn't anyone at the front desk and i waited for approximately five (5) minutes before anyone arrived. I asked the bartender and a cleaning staff member and no one could help me. The room is dated to say the least. Microwave in the room had that yellow discoloured...

"Clean and quiet"

"Room was maintained, Hotel lobby was clean with the staff being friendly. The only discrepancy is that the hallway to OUR floor was not vacuumed on a daily basis with dental floss pick being on the floor outside the elevator 2 days in the row before I removed it and placed it in the garbage."

"A calm, peaceful and beautiful place to temporarily escape from the city. Jana was very friendly and helpful, gave clear instructions and a warm welcoming. Super clean and also close to the nature. Highly recommended."

"This place was a great place nice amities great pool great food and will definitely go back"

"The rooms were clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, lots to eat. The thing about the room was since there isnt an elevator and I requested a room on the 1st floor, we had to go outside to get to the room which was an accessible room that we didnt realy need. So for the pool, breakfast and lobby were had to go back and forth outside ."

"Clean room and friendly staff"

"Timber House is a beautiful building..close to Lake ON with easy access..We love the area, and are glad of its location down a quiet road. Easy to access multiple areas including PEC..The breakfast was efficiently served quickly, and was delicious, especially the jam. The rooms are spacious. It is not a new building, so the rooms dont look new, it is inconsequential. The main areas and dining are beautifully upkept and a pleasure to be in. Will always be our choice when returning to that...
