"After seeing the condition of the room, I simply couldn’t bring myself to stay. I have too much self-respect to accept such disgraceful conditions.
The floors were sticky, the bed was filthy, there were bloodstains on the pillows, and the entire room smelled absolutely awful. To make matters worse, the sofa bed was broken, and my son was expected to sleep on it.
We had no choice but to leave and find another hotel. The whole experience was shocking, unacceptable and extremely...

Breakfast was nice and fresh and daytime staff were friendly. Have to pay for shuttle to airport which we didn’t realize when booking. Would book again."

"A beautiful city.
A beautiful, comfortable, and elegant Hotel with pleasant, straightforward, and uncomplicated customer service.
We really liked the hotel and will definitely book it again.
What we didn't like: the breakfast prices; we had breakfast outside the hotel for less than half the hotel's price."

Danach allerdings alles prima. Service (Mitarbeiter) und Qualität (Essen) der Lobby Bar super!"
