8.4 trên 10, Rất tốt, (1.001 nhận xét)
"What a disappointment! I genuinely cannot believe this hotel is rated four stars. The overall standard of cleanliness and upkeep is unacceptable for a hotel claiming this rating. The room felt grubby, the shower was dirty, and the towels were so rough they felt like sandpaper.
I wasn't expecting luxury from an airport hotel, but I certainly expected a clean, comfortable room and basic standards of hospitality. Unfortunately, even those expectations were not met.
Definitely not a four-star...

"Very clean and new room. Well equipped kitchen. A big supermarket is behind the hotel and there are some restaurants nearby. A train station is about 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel and it’s very fast to get to downtown by the train (3 stops from the main train station). I recommend the hotel very much if you stay near the airport."

"An exceptional hotel in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were genuinely impressed by the warm welcome, beautiful atmosphere, and outstanding level of service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay.
Everything was absolutely wonderful, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. If I could give The Florentin more than 10 out of 10, I certainly would.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so...
