Personal und Hotel super! Frühstück war ausreichend. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und es war alles sauber. Die Lage ist toll, sehr zentral und es ist alles zu Fuß relativ gut erreichbar. Jedoch ist das Bahnhofsviertel extrem unheimlich und düster, sehr viele Obdachlose und Drogenabhängige.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. the room was clean and I cannot think of anything negative about the hotel. I heard some issues with the area but I did not have any problems with anyone in the area. Close to Train station.

Obviously quite dated, and like all 25h hotels no room service - big minus for me. Conveniently close to Frankfurt central, but the area feels really unsafe.

Decent hotel, dodgy area
Beware of the area, it’s close to the train station but very dangerous. A lot of homeless and street drug problems.

Top Hotel in zentraler Lage. Eines ist nur sehr Schade aber vom Hotel selbst auch nicht zu beeinflussen und zwar die Drogenszene Frankfurts spielt sich genau vor der Tür ab.

The place is very noisy with no minimum sound insulation. I am relatively an easy sleeper but the noise from outside was too much. I have to say this is the only 25hrs hotel that felt underwhelming

25 hours… in Frankfurt ist einfach klasse.
Das Hotel liegt super zentral, man wird freundlich empfangen, es ist ein super Ambiente. 25hours ist einfach klasse. Ich habe in der Arktis übernachtet und das Zimmer war echt klasse. Ansonsten kann ich das israelische Restaurant sehr empfehlen.

The property was a hidden jewel. We were pleasantly surprised. Great, unique, fun and funky rooms. Pleasant staff. Modern. Elaborate decoration in the lobby and rooms. Loved it. The area outside the hotel has people peeing on the street corners and sleeping in doorways.

The only good thing is the breakfast and the free mini bar. Excellent. The area around the hotel is dangerous with open drug dealing, drug trafficking, violence and prostitution. I have never seen anything like it.

Oasis near the train station
I can't say enough nice things about the 25h The Trip hotel in Frankfurt. I'd just come from a week in a slightly run-down hotel in Cologne amid hot and humid weather. Arriving at the 25h after that and the adventure of plowing through the crowds at the train station was like stepping into another universe: a calming air-conditioned oasis with cool art and friendly people. I was so happy with the room that I didn't budge that first evening, opting for snacks and the cozy bed in favor of exploring the city. The next morning, I enjoyed a light breakfast in the hotel and then prepared to hit the streets for a few hours before heading to the airport - now, those streets are a little bit sketchy, even for this city-living city lover. But that's only for a few blocks. In retrospect I'd be a bit cautious about this neighborhood in the dark though. Wouldn't you know it, it was starting to rain as I got ready to go - but of course, they had umbrellas at the desk. I felt well taken care of. "Well taken care of" really sums up my whole experience at the 25h. I wasn't there for long, but will unquestionably look forward to staying here the next time I'm in Frankfurt.

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit cooler Inneneinrichtung. Die Umgebung ist das Bahnhofsviertel wo man ( Frau ) nicht alleine gehen sollte und am besten noch die Augen und Nase zu machen muss Das Frühstück war okay, leider nicht sehr große Auswahl an süssen Aufstrich und Belag für die Brötchen. Ebenso ließ die Angestellte an der Rezeption beim Einschicken und deutlich spüren was es für Sie an Arbeit ist wenn man ohne Kreditkarte eincheckt. Ihr Kollege beim auschecken war deutlich freundlicher und kompetenter.

Wir freuen uns, das dir dein Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Das Licht in denn Zimmern ist tatsächlich absichtlich dunkler, da die Zimmer so konzipiert sind, das man nur zum schlafen sich drauf aufhält. Solltest du beim hoffentlich nächsten Aufenthalt es heller haben wollen, sag dies gerne beim Check/in. Meine Kollegen werden dir dann ein helles Zimmer raussuchen und wenn gewünschte auch eine extra Lampe reinstellen.

This is a gorgeous, quirky property with something new to explore around every corner. The staff is friendly and the room was very comfortable. The free mini bar was great too!
