The accommodations were perfect for a short stop over in Frankfurt. Close to the airport and easy to walk to the river, cathedral and shopping areas. There was a small elevator to get to the 4th floor which we were not expecting.

Fantastic place to stay! Great price walkable to Zeil, clubs, bars, shopping. Will stay again in the future and also recomend. Minor complaint due to noise but thats because of how close you are to downtown, it busy. Staffing and service was easy and understandable. Will retain a 5 star for me!

Incredible stay!

Excellent stay! Room was tastefully decorated and incredibly clean. They thoughtfully left ear plugs on the beds but we never needed them. I believe the ear plugs are for the traffic noise outside but we never needed them and actually all the busyness meant we were in an amazing location! We could walk almost everywhere we wanted or the public transportation was literally outside the front door. Very easy to get around. There was also a super cute park right next door with a playground for those with kiddos. The team was also awesome, very receptive to our needs and answering all questions in a timely manner. All in all highly recommend!

This property is unmanned; you just receive the door code and room number so check your email. The space between the bed and the table is very narrow so it's difficult to reach the other side of the room. The fire alarm went off twice during our 7-night stay. Once at 10pm and once at 3am. The alarm rang for about 10-15 min each time before the firemen turned it off. Okay, now for the good stuff. There's a playground nearby which my 2 year-old son loved. The tram stop is right downstairs so easy access to city centre. The S-bahn station is also quite near so quite accessible to the airport. I used the app "hvv switch" to buy the Deutschland ticket. Very economical for longer trips. Kitchenette had everything you need to cook simple meals. There was two supermarkets nearby but note that they close on Sundays! I loved the shower as the water reaches the set temperature within 5 seconds. The soap provided was suitable for hair body and hand wash. Pretty good.

Location is close to trains and walking distance to popular malls. Parking our car was very difficult if you cannot park in front where there are 3 spots. Our unit was updated and modern but had some serious deficiencies that could only be related to their cleaning maintenance: 1. Kitchen Tap handle was broken 2 Stove instructions only provided through the virtual chat with Homaris (which they did respond to quickly)- it kept beeping when not in use 3. They provided a nearly empty dish soap bottle 4 blood stain and burn stains on line 5. Dust collection in the portable fan (though thank God they provided them as it was 32 Celsius outside 6. The streets just outside were super Noisy all evening with traffic and roaring motorcycles Location is more fitting for your young adults who don’t expect as much.

It wasnt stated cleary that this is a self running hotel without desktop without luggage storage that made you travel with luggage before check in and after checkout without proper sheet that wrap the bed and dont fall each night, without hot water at night with walls so thin you can hear normal conversations from several rooms. The hotel wasnt cheap at all but offered cheap solution

The room itself was nice, but the area around it was a little sketchy...not dangerous that I could tell, but sketchy. Also, no AC, so the rooms got extremely hot, or you had to leave the windows open and hear the traffic and people all night long.

We had a great one-night stay at Homaris Apartments. Parking is not included and not super easy to find in the area. I wish there was public parking recommended in the area, so we would've had less of a headache figuring out ourselves. Also, we were on a flight when the check-in information request was sent so we received our check-in information late because of that. Once we filled out the form, it took a bit of time to be sent to us after we'd already arrived.

This was a fine place to stay near downtown Frankfurt. I don't want to be unfair in the review since we stayed here immediately after a trans-atlantic flight, but we were a bit disappointed by the parking situation and the lack of A/C. There is no dedicated parking so you will need to find something on the street or a parkade. I had a very tough time finding anything on the street so I ended up taking a parkade spot nearby (a 10ish minute walk). The apartment itself is small, but it does serve the purpose. The lack of A/C was disappointing given the hot and humid conditions. Overall the area is quite good. There are a lot of cool shops and restaurants/cafes within a few KM of the property. Since we did have the window open, we heard a lot of street noise throughout the night, so keep that in mind -- this place is close to downtown and you will get traffic noise all the time. There is no reception/check-in but the instructions were clear and we didn't have any issues getting into the building or into our unit. Overall this is a decent place if you are only planning to sleep at the property and spend 99% of your time exploring what Frankfurt has to offer.

Solid, hassle-free stay for the budget-conscious. If you’re looking for luxury, this isn’t it—but if you want a clean, convenient, and functional place to crash, it’s perfect. The self-service aspect was fast/easy which I actually preferred for a quick in-and-out stay. No frills, no drama, and it didn't break the bank. Would definitely stay again for a short trip.

Zustand verbesserungswürdig. Überall an den Wänden waren Abfärbungen durch dagegenstoßen, Spiegel im Aufzug war zerbrochen und Scherben lagen auf dem Boden im Aufzug. Extrem(!) hellhörig, so dass selbst die bereitgestellten Ohrstöpsel nichts bringen, wenn man neben einer ganzen Familie mit Kindern das Zimmer bucht.
