Simple, but clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast buffet! Personnel very helpful and friendly. Very conveniently located to various sights, for instance, the river promenade and the art museum. The closeness to the train station is also very convenient, but has the disadvantage that there are some less trustworthy people around. We had no problems, however.

Cheap and easy, but dirty

Location is very easy from the train station. Breakfast was good. However, the room hadn’t been vacuumed and had dirt on the floor. The beds were not comfortable, and the noise from inside the hotel was quite loud all night.

Low quality

Terrible beds and very uncomfortable pillows old TV with only channels in Germán . No safety box and no Fridge in the room . Cleanness is really poor specially in the bathroom area . Only positive thing about this hotel is the location near to many restaurants, supermarkets, train station and Frankfurt convention center. The price for the room is excessive for the bad condition of the hotel . Never go back .

The hotel is near the Frankfurt/ Main main train station, it's a very busy area and not the cleanest. We arrived by train and then just walked to the hotel. The path to the hotel isn't the greatest, it was night and we saw a bunch of crazy people out on the streets. The hotel itself seemed fine, we only stayed one night to go to the airport the next day. Staff was very friendly. The rooms seemed simple, we asked for 4 people, but the beds seemed for 3, we managed. Hotel breakfast was wonderful! Things we didn't like were that the elevators stop in the middle of the floors, so you have to carry your luggage up and down, not so fun. In the bathrooms, the soap dispensers are installed higher up which was hard for our kids to reach. Again, a simple hotel to pass through for a night, nothing special, but the price still too high.

Overall a fantastic stay at the Ibis. The bedrooms were clean, staff were helpful and breakfast was delightful. Do recommend if you stay at this property to exit the door, turn left and walk towards the water. Will lead you to a lovely spot and a short walk to old town!

The service from check in by Jovana was above and beyond. She is fantastic and so very helpful. The ladies in the breakfast room made sure that everything was always clean very well organized. Our room was always made up after being out for a while.
