Excellent location. Nice pricelevel. Staff could be a liitle more welcoming. Not at all unfriendly but bit of a distant attitude, maybe they were just shy. Nice big room with a doublebed. Just what I need. Clean fresh bathroom. In short, my ”perfect hotel”. This will be my hotel from now on, when I’m in the Frankfurt area. Vielen dank!

Strange reception procedure

Booked a double bed, got two single beds. Quick fix at reception but why give me a two-single bed in the first place? Very cold room, could not find a way to adjust. Otherwise, as always a nice hotel, good pricing and excellent location.

Bathroomshock/surprise.

My fourth stay during last four months. Yet, the young man in reception couldn’t find my data. Well, no big deal. As always nice comfy room with all necessities, as well as an excellent location. I was in a hurry to my meeting so I didn’t visit the bathroom until late when I returned to the hotel. A bit of a shock when I saw the toilet rim was brownish like someone had…..you know what…..on the rim. Disgusting…… I checked, but probably it was some kind of discoloration, but still not a very pleasant sight. I didn’t tell the reception, because it was late and unfortunately I forgot to tell them when I checked out the following morning due to I was late for my train. Despite the incident in the bathroom, this is (still) my preferred hotel in Darmstadt….I think. Finally, to whom it may concern…please check the bathroom in room 214.

Clean and good location

Clean hotel, literally right outside the main train/bus stop for Darmstadt. Would stay here agian. Good wifi. It was about a 20-25 min walk to main city square.
