My overall experience was positive. Rooms are updated and staff is helpful and friendly. For me the location was perfect for what I needed to do in Frankfurt. Good breakfast too.

No Laundry Facilities

Common areas are outdated and worn looking but rooms are quite comfortable and clean. My one complaint is that they list “laundry facilities” as one of their amenities. To me this means I can do my own laundry in machines on site. However, what they actually have is laundry services where you send laundry out to be done and it’s quite expensive.

Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon umlaufend über das Eck. Dieser war bei der heißen Nacht die Rettung den die Klimaanlage hat keiner von uns in Gang gebracht.
